Imaging psychedelic compounds: We are excited to announce that Ekam is now conducting preclinical neuroimaging research into the effects of psychedelics on the central nervous system using awake rat neuroimaging.. Our team of expert researchers and technicians have completed the first preliminary phMRI/fcMRI LSD study, which has yielded exciting results. We are now gearing up to conduct further studies using psilocybin and mescaline, which we believe will offer valuable insights into the mechanisms behind these substances’ effects on the brain.
